2. Develop and implement a
research study in public health nursing knowledge.
3. Evaluate the application
of evidence-based practice of public health nursing among diverse and
multicultural populations.
4. Articulate ethical issues
and responsibilities involved in health care research.
5. Develop and utilize
leadership approaches that foster improvement of health care.
